The deadline for registration is February 15, 2020. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner.

Early bird fee (Payment received prior to January 15, 2020)

• Standard 2-day conference: €300
• Discounted 2-day conference: €150 (for Master and Ph.D. Students only)
• One day pass: €200

Full fee (Payment received after January 15, 2020)

• Standard 2-day conference: €400
• Discounted 2-day conference: €200 (for Master and PhD Students only)
• One day pass: €250

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register with the conference, please click  ONLINE REGISTRATION, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration.

By Bank Transfer: You can take the option “Reservation” during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate “VSF2020-YOURNAME” as reference and send proof of bank transfer to vsf@avseglobal.org. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (February 15, 2020). No refunds are available on or after that date.
